Terms of Service

1. What we do

AI Replace provides done-for-you AI automation builds for businesses. Each engagement is scoped individually on a call, agreed in writing before work begins, and delivered within an agreed timeframe (typically 30 days).

2. Payment

Payment is due upfront before the build commences. All fees are stated in USD and outlined in your proposal.

3. What you own

Upon successful handover, you own everything we build — the system, the code, the workflows, the server configuration, and all associated credentials. AI Replace retains no ongoing access, no licence fee entitlement, and no claim over the system after handover.

4. Our guarantee

We build to a mutually agreed specification. If the delivered system does not meet the agreed KPIs after up to three revision cycles, you are entitled to a full refund. The guarantee is paused if you fail to respond to build-related requests within 48 hours.

5. What we need from you

To deliver your build, you agree to provide timely access to the tools and platforms required (Shopify, Meta Business Manager, Klaviyo, etc.), respond to build queries within 48 hours, and participate in a sign-off review before handover.

6. Limitation of liability

AI Replace is not liable for business losses arising from the use or performance of your AI system after handover. Our liability is limited to the total fees paid for the engagement.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep the details of their engagement confidential. AI Replace will not disclose your business data, results, or system configuration to third parties without your consent.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance.
